TIBETAN PULSING YOGA

Tibetan Pulsing Yoga

It is a healing and meditation technique that, for over 5000 years have been practiced in Tibetan Monasteries.
The modern evolution of this ancient tradition is the fruit of the work of Shantam Dheeraj who adapted and developed the principles of Tibetan P.Y. adapting them to the needs of contemporary man.
System of Diagnosis
It is based on the eye reading, it allows to trace the main lines of personality and to identify the points where the energy is retained.
According to the Tibetan tradition in the body exist 24 energeticalcircuits connected to many internal organs.
The Tibetan P.Y. uses the heartbeat to enter directly into these bio electrical circuits, raising the temperature, melting overloads and releasing a large amount of energy that becomes available for love, joy, and more awareness of life.
Individual Sessions
Through the eye reading is possible to identify the energy accumulation and through relaxation, activated from heartbeat, uneasiness and tension can melt. It is an intimate and meditation space.
It lasts 2 hours.
Seven Steps of Awareness
It is a journey of seven sessions, where we retrace the Old Tibetan Scale of Evolution.
  • From Survival to Transformation
  • From Suffering to Wellness
  • From Darkness to Light
  • We "Pulse" organ after organ becoming always more aware of the functioning of the mind and of the illusions that we call personality.
    Each session lasts 2 hours.
For the unusual path of these seven sessions the set will be conducted in three or seven consecutive days.
